These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WineMail (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Service

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must not misuse the Service, interfere with its normal operation, or access it using a method other than our publicly supported interfaces.

2. Accounts and Authentication

To use certain features, you must sign in with your Google account and grant access to Gmail data. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.

3. Email Access and Permissions

With your consent, the Service reads your wine-merchant emails to extract wine offers. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or submit (e.g., images, PDFs). You grant us a limited license to process that content to provide the Service.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with the Service
• Uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WineMail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page.
